Signs of Life & Merry-time art. Beach, nautical and bar life that is. I paint funny sayings, mermaids, dogs, inspirational quotes and more on distressed, used and sea damaged wood. Usually I'm out selling out of my old beat up Red Jeep CJ5. But here you can catch a few things I'm not setting up to sell off the road or beach side. I do custom and personalized signs.
NO STENCILS. NO FOO FOO LETTERING. Absolutely imperfect and one of a kind. My measurements are approximations. Nothing square is precisely square. Handpainted. Every single sign is different. Many have stories. You'll never see over 50 pieces in my sign shop -- I'm the real deal. Often if I painted it--I lived it! Alot of my work is original. I'm a writer, too. Some are from actual beach bar road trips I take with my pug. I live on the beach, paint under three palms and often am chased by snakes while I paint. That's what I mean when I say Native Florida Folk Artist! If you see something you like, you better buy it because I don't always repeat things. This is my life--not a recording!
